Apply directly to the upper and/or lower eyelid line, taking care to stay as close to the lashes as possible. A precious little tip: don't start the eyeliner too close to the root of the eye; dedicate that space to a "point of light" to be created with Wet&Dry Light Shadow eyeshadow.

If after applying the eyeliner you notice any small imperfections, wait for it to dry and correct the smudge with the help of a cotton swab and a little Flash Conceal corrector.
